Pricing

International shipments:

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. We will not falsify customs declarations regarding contents and value.

Postage and Carrier Charges

Carriage is charged on all orders unless otherwise agreed.
Parcels less than 2 kilos are dispatched worldwide through the Post Office, and the cost is assessed from the weight and volume of the packed parcel.
Large kits are dispatched by carrier. Most deliveries to UK mainland addresses are made within 2 working days from the day of dispatch.
Carriage for International orders is charged at cost.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason the goods do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 7 working days providing they are unassembled and undamaged.
You must quote your order reference for a refund.
You must arrange for and pay the cost of returning the goods to us.
If you return the goods yourself, we advise you to insure the goods for their return journey.
If you are unable to return the goods yourself, you must make them available for collection by us and the cost of this collection will be deducted from your refund.
All products are checked on return.

After Sales Service

Telephone at any reasonable time or drop us an email or by post.

Spare parts are always available but please note that many are part of a Perspex sheet containing several other parts.  We will attempt to provide such parts as cost effectively (for you that is) as possible. It may be cheaper to have a replacement sheet rather than produce a single part because of the artwork and setting up costs involved. All brass parts are only available as a full sheet. If I happen to have a spare part from a sheet of either brass or Perspex then you can have it at a reasonable cost.  If I can help, I will.
